Overall Rating: 3.6 out of 5 Stars
Whether you visit the long-standing Fong’s Restaurant on Main Street or their new venue on 2nd East, you'll get the same experience. It's quiet, simple, and clean. Three things that can provide just what you need after a long, hectic day.
While it’s not authentic Chinese, it is good American Chinese. I sampled low-, middle- and high-priced items from the menu and was pleased with all three. There’s one thing that always seems to be true about Chinese restaurants – you never leave still hungry. At Fong's, the service was friendly, the atmosphere inviting.
Food Quality: 3 Stars
I ordered fried rice and mandarin chicken, fried rice and beef, and shrimp with chicken and vegetables. Nothing tickled my taste buds. I enjoyed the food, but I was more full than satisfied when I left. It's pretty average Chinese food. I could go just about anywhere and get food that is the same or better.
Price: 4 Stars
Meals ranged from $5.50 to the low teens, which I felt was reasonable. The portions are large, but the dollar damage is small. Basic meals include a large plate of rice or chow mien with your choice of meat (chicken, pork, beef).

Cleanliness: 4.5 Stars
The staff at Fong's does well to keep the restaurant clean. No dirty tables or shady bathrooms. A definite plus wherever you go.
Atmosphere: 2.5 Stars
There isn't much of a theme going on at Fong's. The entrance had a few Chinese statues, but other than that, it's pretty simple.
