The prices were a little steeper than I would have liked, but the food was good. I thought it was pretty good quality for the most part. One of the advantages that Da Pineapple Grill has over other restaurants is definitely the atmosphere. It is a lot better than the average restaurant. The walls are painted with different peaceful scenes, there is a lot of bamboo around the place, and there is good music in the background. Perfect for a date!

My party order one plate of Inari Sushi as an appetizer. I have tasted Inari Sushi from Japan, which is very high quality. In comparison, this sushi was average. For the main course, I ordered Da Pineapple Chicken, and it was very good. It included a choice of steamed rice, fried rice, or fries, and some tempura. The chicken was breaded with tempura batter and had a sweet sauce that had pineapples in it. The food itself was very good, but some of the tempura were slightly burned.

Most of the entrées were around $10, and the portions are generous. Although dinner is a little more expensive, you can order the $6.95 lunch special, which seemed very reasonable. Also, for all those check lovers, know that they don’t accept personal checks.
Customer Service: 4 Stars
The waitress was very polite. She always made sure that our cups of water were full and was very helpful when my date accidently spilled her water.
Cleanliness: 4 Stars
When we arrived, there was an ever-so-faint smell of chlorine. I also noticed that the floor was slightly sticky and could have been cleaner.
